We are dedicated to providing core scientific services to all researchers in the Department of Cell Biology. Our services include generating custom genome-edited cell lines using CRISPR technology, offering hands-on training in ES cell culture and maintenance, providing specialized experimental reagents and components, and training users on our laboratory equipment.

Access to our equipment is currently restricted to internal Harvard research groups and is not open to outside users. If your lab is affiliated with HMS and you are able to use equipment on-site (please note that biosafety cabinet/hood space is restricted, though bench space can be provided), please contact us at igen@hms.harvard.edu to verify your eligibility.
